- Minds On: Please read the instructions aloud (5 minutes)
- For this in-class quiz, students may use their binders / senior style guides.
- They may also use a dictionary (located at the front of the class)
- All answers are to be written on the foolscap provided.
- Students are not to use computers or personal electronic devices for this test
- Hands On: (60 minutes)
- Handout the essay "Myth of Sisyphus" by Albert Camus and the Essay Analysis Formative Test Questions (on legal paper)
- Handout two pages of foolscap per student
- Consolidation: (5 minutes)
- Collect the students' Formative Tests at the end of the period
- Students who finish early may work on annotating their texts for their Review of Form
- Students are to finish their annotations of their chosen texts for their Review of Form for tomorrow's class. Students are also to create their original perspective (thesis) on their text.
